Adesh Khadka, Joint Secretary in the IT Division of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, is a distinguished public sector technology leader and policymaker in Nepal. He is currently serving as Director General of the National Cyber Security Center under MoCIT, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, where he leads national efforts on cybersecurity governance and digital resilience. His professional career spans leadership roles in National ID and Civil Registration, the National Cyber Security Center, and multiple inter ministerial digital initiatives. An engineering graduate from IOE Pulchowk Campus, Tribhuvan University, Khadka combines deep technical grounding with policy level vision, enabling him to translate complex digital systems into scalable public services.
