On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Research and Innovation Center of Nepal (RICON), it is our great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 2nd International Conference on ICTP and Photonics, ICTP2027, which will be held in the beautiful cultural city of Kathmandu, Nepal, from February 1–3, 2027.

Following the remarkable success of the 1st IEEE ICTP2026, the second edition of ICTP, ICTP2027 continues our mission to form a global platform to bring together leading researchers, engineers, students, industry professionals, and academics from around the world to explore the latest groundbreaking advancements and ongoing research in the state-of-the-art domains of RF and Photonics, AI and Machine Learning, Renewable Energy and Green Computing, ICT Policy and Digital Governance, Recent Trends in Computing, and Robotics and Automation, and crossdisciplinary of these fields.

As we navigate the next series of ICTP, it aims to provide a key forum to discuss, collaborate, and build partnerships among academia, industry, and government and contribute towards fostering Nepal's research ecosystem and support the sustainable technological and economical development.

One of the exciting part of ICTP2027 will be the special workshop and dedicated session on Low Altitude Economy, a much needed emerging technology not only for developing countries but the developed one too. This initiative aims to explore for transformative oppertunities in aerial mobility including flying cars, drone technologies, smart logistics, disaster management and digital infrastructure, making first time of its kind in Nepal to address this critical domain.

ICTP2027 envisioned for setting a milestone for for shaping the research landscape, through meeting visionary idea to practical innovations,connecting young minds with experienced veterans and inspiring next generation scientific advancement with global experts engagement. Through these partnership, leadership and networking, we aspire to position ICTP2027 to a global research and innovation community.
